In an increasingly immersive world, this study evaluates tools such as VRChat, MetaHuman, and VRoidStudio for creating avatars in virtual reality environments and the metaverse. It also addresses the associated risks, from identity theft to mass data collection. The findings highlight the importance of choosing tools according to personalization, graphics, and privacy needs, offering guidance for a safer and more inclusive metaverse.
