This paper presents QUITO, an advanced tool that evaluates and predicts the performance of IoT systems in four key dimensions: Data Quality, Information Quality, User Experience Quality and Cost of Quality. Using deep learning and protocols such as LoRaWAN, QUITO anticipates service outages and proposes proactive solutions. Its application promises to revolutionize the management of IoT systems in the context of Industry 5.0.
